Norr Kitchen & Bar is an all-day restaurant on the ground floor of Hotel Norr, open to guests and Stockholm alike. Head chef Sara Lindqvist trained at Fäviken and Noma before returning to Stockholm to open something quieter, more personal.
The menu changes weekly around what arrives from our producers — a biodynamic farm in Södermanland, a forager in Dalarna, a fisherman in Bohuslän. Nothing is wasted. Nothing is rushed.
In the evenings the kitchen steps back and the bar comes forward: natural wines from small European domaines, cocktails made with Swedish aquavit and foraged botanicals, a selection of rare Scandinavian spirits.
